These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AI's Top Sports Picks website, mobile application, subscriptions, AI features, Custom AI features, NiD Internal AI features, bet tracking tools, odds information, newsletters, promotions, and related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Ai Top Sports Picks Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
The Services are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account, purchase a subscription, or use the Services. Sportsbook, daily fantasy, prediction-market, or real-money wagering offers are intended only for individuals who are at least 21 years old or the legal wagering age in their location, whichever is higher.
You are responsible for knowing and following all laws that apply to you, including sports wagering, daily fantasy, prediction market, privacy, tax, and consumer protection laws.
We may update these Terms from time to time, except where prohibited by law. The updated version will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. We may also modify prices, features, content, sports coverage, AI capabilities, or availability of the Services. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
AI's Top Sports Picks is a sports analytics and entertainment platform. We do not accept, place, facilitate, or process real-money wagers. We do not hold user funds for wagering, pay gambling winnings, or determine sportsbook account eligibility. Any wager, contest, daily fantasy entry, prediction-market contract, or real-money activity with a third party is between you and that third party.
AI predictions, Custom AI outputs, NiD Internal AI outputs, AI Panel Reviews, confidence scores, AI chat responses, odds information, injury information, alerts, and statistical breakdowns are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not financial advice, gambling advice, legal advice, investment advice, or a guarantee of any result.
NiD Internal AI, also called Neo Internal Database ("NiD"), is our internal AI and data coordination layer. Users may see NiD described in the app as an internal model, internal decision layer, or "mother AI" because it helps organize model reads, compare internal predictions, review live context, and support AI-assisted features. NiD does not place wagers, guarantee picks, or create financial outcomes.
Custom AI and NiD may use the settings, prompts, strategy preferences, sports preferences, saved picks, bet tracker entries, uploaded ticket information, model reads, and chat context you choose to provide to personalize or support outputs. AI outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing all information, checking current lines and odds directly with third-party operators, and deciding whether to act.
No sportsbook, daily fantasy platform, affiliate partner, advertiser, or external third party can pay us to change AI predictions, Custom AI outputs, NiD outputs, AI Panel Reviews, confidence scores, or final pick recommendations. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our AI outputs, NiD outputs, models, prompts, datasets, picks, or proprietary content without our written permission.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current account information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account, including Custom AI generation, NiD Internal AI interactions, AI chat activity, saved picks, ticket uploads, subscriptions, and purchases. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Some Services are offered through paid subscriptions. Subscription terms, billing cycles, prices, renewal terms, trial terms, and included features are shown at checkout or in the applicable app store. Unless canceled before renewal, subscriptions automatically renew and the payment method on file will be charged for the next billing cycle.
Purchases made through Apple, Google, Stripe, RevenueCat, or another payment provider are also subject to that provider's terms and billing rules. To cancel, use the same channel where you purchased when required by that provider, such as Apple App Store subscription settings, Google Play subscription settings, or the web checkout/account tools made available for Stripe purchases.
If a free trial requires payment information, you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial deadline shown at signup. We may modify or discontinue free trials or promotional offers where permitted by law.
Except where required by law or by the applicable app store or payment-provider policy, purchases and subscription fees are final and non-refundable. We may consider refund requests case by case, but granting a refund in one situation does not require us to grant future refunds.
We may offer Pick Credits, loyalty points, referral rewards, promotional bonuses, free picks, trials, coupons, or similar benefits ("Rewards"). Rewards have no cash value, are not legal tender, cannot be redeemed for money, and are non-transferable unless we expressly allow transfer in the app.
Purchased Pick Credits do not expire unless the purchase screen or applicable offer terms state otherwise. Promotional, referral, free trial, or complimentary credits may expire after 90 days or on the date shown in the app or promotion. We may modify, suspend, or terminate Rewards programs or specific Rewards where permitted by law.
Single Pick purchases provide access to the selected AI prediction and related updates until the official start time of the applicable sporting event, unless the purchase screen states otherwise. Single Pick purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable except where required by law.
The Services may allow you to submit or upload prompts, AI chat messages, Custom AI settings, NiD-related inputs, saved picks, bet tracker entries, ticket images, support messages, comments, feedback, or other content ("User Content"). You keep ownership of your User Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, transmit, modify, and use User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, analyze, and improve the Services, enforce these Terms, comply with law, and develop related features.
You represent that you have the rights needed to provide User Content and that your User Content does not violate law, third-party rights, platform rules, or these Terms. Do not upload sensitive personal information, government IDs, financial account numbers, medical information, illegal wagering information, or content you do not have the right to share.
The Services may display or link to third-party sportsbooks, daily fantasy platforms, prediction-market platforms, app stores, payment providers, odds feeds, news sources, advertisers, or affiliate partners. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, terms, privacy practices, odds, lines, markets, bonuses, eligibility rules, geolocation checks, withdrawals, or disputes.
Some links or promo codes may be affiliate links. We may earn compensation if you click, sign up, deposit, wager, purchase, or complete another qualifying action with a partner. See our Affiliate Disclosure for more information.
You agree not to use the Services to violate law, harass others, submit malicious code, interfere with security, scrape or automate access without permission, create multiple accounts to evade limits, resell picks, misrepresent AI outputs, or use the Services for illegal or irresponsible gambling activity. If gambling is causing problems, call or text 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738), call 1-800-GAMBLER where available, or visit ncpgambling.org.
The Services, including software, designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, data displays, picks, AI outputs, NiD Internal AI outputs, Neo Internal Database workflows, AI Panel Reviews, Custom AI workflows, prompts, models, copy, videos, and other content, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted by these Terms, we reserve all rights in the Services.
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at any time where we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, misused the Services, failed to pay amounts owed, or where suspension or termination is necessary to protect users, the Company, partners, or the Services. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND RELIABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES, AI OUTPUTS, ODDS, DATA, ALERTS, OR SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, CURRENT, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI TOP SPORTS PICKS INC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST GOODWILL, GAMBLING LOSSES, FINANCIAL LOSSES, OR THIRD-PARTY DISPUTES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR $100 IF YOU PAID NOTHING, UNLESS APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES OTHERWISE.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ai Top Sports Picks Inc., its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use or misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, User Content, third-party activity, or reliance on AI, Custom AI, or NiD outputs.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the Services, or your relationship with Ai Top Sports Picks Inc. will be resolved by binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act and administered by JAMS, unless applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to bring a claim in court.
You and Ai Top Sports Picks Inc. waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class, collective, consolidated, private attorney general, or representative action to the fullest extent permitted by law. You may reject this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to us within 30 days after first accepting these Terms.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information. Our Privacy Rights & Choices page explains additional regional rights and opt-out choices. By using the Services, you acknowledge those policies.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, EULA where applicable, Responsible Gaming Policy, Affiliate Disclosure, and any purchase or promotion terms presented to you, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
