(collectively “Company”, "us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Services is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. The term “you” refers to the person or entity using our Services.
Our Services are designed and intended for use by adults. They are solely and exclusively intended for users who are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services. By using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by our Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of the terms and conditions contained in our Terms, including our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website and incorporated herein by reference, please stop using our Services immediately.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time, except where prohibited by applicable law. We encourage you to periodically review the Terms. Your continued use of the Services after any changes to the Terms indicates your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms to stay informed. We also reserve the right to modify any information, material, or content (including, but not limited to, price, features, availability of Services, and AI capabilities) contained on or provided through our Services (the "Content") at any time, and without prior notice.
We take intellectual property seriously. Our Services and all of their content, including (but not limited to) AI predictions, Custom AI algorithms, data, designs, graphics, pictures, illustrations, software, artwork, video, names, words, titles, phrases, logos, and trademarks displayed or available through the use of our Services, are either owned or licensed by us, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior express written consent. We ask that you respect our intellectual property rights and not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any of the content provided through our Services without our express written consent.
Certain parts of the Service may be offered on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). Subscriptions include Standard tiers (Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annually, Yearly) and a premium "Super Subscriber" tier. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). The frequency of the Billing Cycle will be determined by the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription. AT THE END OF EACH BILLING CYCLE, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW UNDER THE EXACT SAME CONDITIONS UNLESS YOU CANCEL IT OR AI TOP SPORTS PICKS INC. CANCELS IT.
To process the payment for your Subscription, a valid payment method is required. Payments made through third-party platforms (such as Apple or Google Play) are subject to the respective platform's billing policies. By submitting payment information, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processors) to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account. Please note that Subscription fees, once authorized, are strictly non-refundable. Additionally, any promotional credits or Rewards assigned to your account hold no redeemable cash value.
Ai Top Sports Picks Inc. may offer users the opportunity to participate in a referral program ("Referral Program") to encourage growth. Any active paying subscriber with an account in good standing may participate by referring others using their unique referral link. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Referral Program at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice. Participation in the Referral Program constitutes acceptance of these terms. Any Rewards, Pick Credits, or corresponding bonuses earned through the Referral Program are strictly non-refundable and hold no monetary value.
Ai Top Sports Picks Inc. may, at its sole discretion, offer a rewards program ("Ai Top Sports Picks Rewards") enabling users to earn "Pick Credits," "Loyalty Points," or other promotional rewards ("Rewards") through certain activities (e.g., subscription tenure, daily activity, or specific promotional events).
From time to time, at our sole discretion, we may offer a free trial for a limited period of time ("Free Trial"). You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the Free Trial. If you do enter your billing information when signing up for the Free Trial, you will not be charged until the Free Trial has expired. ON THE LAST DAY OF THE FREE TRIAL PERIOD, UNLESS YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, YOU WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED THE APPLICABLE SUBSCRIPTION FEES FOR THE TYPE OF SUBSCRIPTION YOU HAVE SELECTED. At any time and without notice, we reserve the right to modify or cancel such Free Trial offer.
We reserve the right, at any time and in our sole discretion, to modify the subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any changes to the subscription fee will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. We will provide you with prior notice to the email address you provided us before any change in subscription fees becomes effective. If you continue to use the Service after the subscription fee change comes into effect, you agree to pay the modified subscription fee amount.
We do not guarantee refunds for any Subscriptions. All purchases are final. However, we may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Any refunds granted will be solely at our discretion and subject to the policies of the respective app store (Apple or Google) if purchased via mobile application.
1. Single Pick Purchases
Users may have the option to purchase access to individual AI predictions ("Single Picks") outside of a recurring subscription. Upon successful payment, the user will retain access to the purchased Single Pick, including all real-time AI updates, line movements, and data changes, up until the official start time of the specific sporting event. All Single Pick purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
2. Promotional Free Picks
From time to time, Ai Top Sports Picks may offer complimentary access to specific predictions ("Free Picks"). Free Picks are strictly promotional and are subject to strict expiration dates and times displayed within the App. Users must view and utilize the Free Pick prior to its expiration. While active and unexpired, Free Picks will receive real-time updates up until the event start time. Once a Free Pick expires, access to the pick and any associated updates is immediately revoked.
3. Free Trial Access and Cancellations
Users accessing premium picks through a promotional Free Trial period will receive full access to real-time updates for those picks, provided their trial remains active. If a user cancels their Free Trial prior to the start time of a pending game or event, all access to future dynamic updates, AI confidence changes, and line movements for those specific picks will be immediately suspended. Users must maintain an active trial or transition to a paid subscription to continue receiving real-time updates leading up to the event.
When you create an account with us, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information may result in the immediate termination of your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities or actions that occur under your account, including custom AI generation, bet slip uploads, and AI chat interactions. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
We strictly prohibit multi-accounting on our platform. Any account created on the Platform is non-transferrable and is intended for personal use only. Any attempt to transfer, sell, buy, or collude on multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If we suspect that you have multiple accounts under common control, we may suspend or permanently terminate all accounts under common control.
Any comments, feedback, or ideas regarding the Platform that you provide to us are considered the property of Ai Top Sports Picks Inc. User Content: The Platform includes interactive features such as the bet tracker, AI chat, custom pick sharing, and the ability to upload bet slips (collectively, "User Content"). By using these features to post or upload data, you hereby grant Ai Top Sports Picks Inc. a non-exclusive, irrevocable, unrestricted, perpetual, transferable, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute the User Content to provide and improve the Services. We are not liable for any third-party content or User Content posted on the Platform.
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services (including sportsbooks or affiliate partners). We do not own or control these third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. We do not endorse or guarantee the offerings of any third-party entities. By using our Services, you acknowledge that we shall not be responsible for any damage or loss caused in connection with the use of any such third-party websites.
We may offer features that display odds or navigate to third-party sportsbooks. These features rely on third-party data feeds outside of our control. We do not warrant and are not liable for: (a) the accuracy of any odds, markets, or wager details; (b) discrepancies between our platform and the sportsbook; or (c) any wagers you choose to place. You are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming all wager details directly within the sportsbook before placing any bet.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and deny access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including a breach of these Terms. If we terminate your account, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
You must use the Services in accordance with these Terms and provide true information. You may not use the Services to harm us or any third party, interfere with the operation of the Services, or violate any laws. You are prohibited from transmitting files that contain viruses, scraping data, or using unauthorized automated means to compile information from the app. Commercial Prohibition: You may not use the Services, including any AI predictions, AI Panel Reviews, Custom AI outputs, or other proprietary content for commercial purposes. This includes selling, reselling, or distributing our AI picks or data to third parties. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code or proprietary algorithms behind our AI models.
Please note that our platform does not accept real money wagers. The Services are intended for amusement and entertainment only. All content, AI predictions, custom models, odds, Points, Credits, and information on our platform are provided STRICTLY for entertainment and informational purposes only. You agree that your use of the Services and the data provided comes with NO WARRANTY or guarantee of operability, accuracy, or financial success. Past performance of AI predictions is not indicative of future results. We strictly do not recommend or endorse illegal or irresponsible gambling. We advise all users to refer to local gambling laws before engaging in any real money gambling. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem and requires help, please call 1-800-GAMBLER.
Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms and contains important information about our practices regarding the collection, storage, and use of your personal information. By making in-app purchases, you acknowledge and consent to our sharing of data regarding your usage and consumption of purchased content with payment partners (e.g., Apple, Google, Stripe) to manage purchases.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ai Top Sports Picks Inc., its directors, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, costs, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use or misuse of the Services, including any unauthorized use of your account, reliance on AI predictions, or claims arising from user-generated content.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS.” AI TOP SPORTS PICKS INC. DISCLAIMS ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES, THE AI PREDICTIONS, THE AI CHAT, OR SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AI TOP SPORTS PICKS INC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING FINANCIAL LOSSES OR GAMBLING DEBTS) IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE OR EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
THE SITE IS INTENDED FOR ADULTS AGED 18 AND OVER. By using the site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Waiver of Jury Trials and Class Actions: IN ARBITRATION, DISPUTES ARE RESOLVED BY AN ARBITRATOR RATHER THAN A JUDGE OR JURY. YOU AND AI TOP SPORTS PICKS INC. WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
You agree to provide us with accurate and complete contact and payment information. If any of your information changes, you agree to notify us immediately.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ai Top Sports Picks Inc. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver of such right. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the original, and the remainder of the Terms will remain in effect.
