Ai Top Sports Picks Inc. ("AI's Top Sports Picks", "Company", "we", "our", or "us") provides sports analytics, AI-assisted picks, Custom AI features, NiD Internal AI features, bet tracking tools, odds information, subscriptions, and related website and mobile app services (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Services.
We are not a sportsbook, casino, or gambling operator. We do not accept, place, facilitate, or process real-money wagers. Sports analytics, AI outputs, NiD Internal AI outputs, odds, and pick information are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
Our AI features use sports data, statistical signals, user-selected settings, prompts, saved preferences, and optional user content to generate informational sports analytics. Custom AI may adapt outputs based on the strategy style, risk tolerance, sports preferences, bet tracker history, uploaded ticket information, and chat context you choose to provide.
NiD Internal AI, also called Neo Internal Database ("NiD"), is our internal AI and data coordination layer. Users may see NiD described in the app as an internal model, internal decision layer, or "mother AI" because it helps organize model reads, compare internal predictions, review live context, and support AI-assisted features. NiD is part of the Services and is subject to the same informational and entertainment-only limitations as our other AI features.
AI, Custom AI, and NiD outputs are probabilistic and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. They are not financial advice, gambling advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of any outcome. You are responsible for checking all lines, odds, injury reports, local laws, and wager details directly with any third-party operator before making any decision.
We may review AI interactions, prompts, outputs, NiD model diagnostics, and related diagnostics to operate the feature, improve quality, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and develop safer and more useful AI features. Where practical, we use aggregated or de-identified information for product improvement. If we use identifiable Custom AI or NiD-related content for broader model training beyond operating or improving our Services, we will rely on consent or another lawful basis where required.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information, government IDs, financial account numbers, medical information, or information about illegal wagering activity into AI chat, Custom AI prompts, NiD-related prompts, bet tracker notes, or support messages. Sportsbook, daily fantasy, or affiliate partners cannot pay us to change AI outputs, Custom AI settings, NiD outputs, AI Panel Reviews, or pick recommendations.
We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients as needed to operate, secure, advertise, and improve the Services:
When you click links to sportsbooks, daily fantasy platforms, prediction-market platforms, app stores, payment providers, or other third parties, those third parties may collect information directly from you under their own policies. We do not control those services. We do not send your AI chats, Custom AI prompts, uploaded tickets, or bet tracker history to sportsbook partners unless you intentionally direct us to do so or another policy notice explains otherwise.
Our website uses a cookie banner that lets you accept, decline, or manage non-essential analytics and marketing cookies. You can reopen cookie controls from the footer link labeled "Cookie Preferences." Device-level privacy settings may also allow you to limit ad tracking, app tracking, camera access, photo access, notifications, or advertising identifiers.
Some analytics or advertising disclosures may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California privacy law. California residents and other eligible users can review additional rights and opt-out options in our Regional Privacy Addendum.
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain accounts, honor purchases, provide customer support, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect safety and security, comply with law, and maintain business records.
Account data, saved picks, Custom AI settings, AI chat history, bet tracker records, and uploaded ticket content are generally retained while your account is active unless deleted sooner through available tools or a verified request. Purchase, tax, security, and legal records may be retained longer where required or permitted by law.
The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Sportsbook, daily fantasy, and real-money wagering offers are intended only for individuals who are at least 21 years old or the legal wagering age in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet, mobile, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We are based in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States and other locations where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections with service providers.
