This Regional Privacy Addendum supplements the AI's Top Sports Picks Privacy Policy. It provides additional information for residents of California and other U.S. states with privacy laws, and for users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information we maintain about you. You may also have the right to opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, or sharing activities, and to appeal a decision on a privacy request.
We do not sell personal information for money. We may share identifiers, internet or app activity, cookie data, device identifiers, and advertising identifiers with analytics or advertising technology providers to measure campaigns or deliver targeted advertising where permitted by law. Please do not upload government IDs, financial account numbers, medical information, or other sensitive personal information into AI chat, Custom AI prompts, bet tracker notes, ticket images, or support messages. If you provide sensitive information anyway, we will use it only as reasonably necessary to provide the feature, protect security, comply with law, or respond to your request.
To exercise access, correction, deletion, portability, opt-out, or appeal rights, contact privacy@aitopsportspicks.com. We may ask you to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted, but we may require proof of authorization.
For users in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, Ai Top Sports Picks Inc. acts as the controller for personal information described in the Privacy Policy unless a specific notice states otherwise.
We are based in the United States and use service providers that may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, contractual protections, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
