End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acknowledgment and Parties

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a binding legal agreement between you and Ai Top Sports Picks Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). This EULA governs your use of the Ai's Top Sport Picks mobile application. You acknowledge that this agreement is concluded solely between you and Ai Top Sports Picks Inc., and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple") or Google LLC ("Google"). Ai Top Sports Picks Inc. is solely responsible for the app and its content.

2. Scope of License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the app for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on a compatible mobile device that you own or control, in accordance with the usage rules set forth by your respective app store.

3. Restrictions on Use

To protect our proprietary technology and community, you agree that you will not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or proprietary algorithms behind our Custom AI models, Top Picks, or AI Panel Reviews.
• Scrape, mass-download, or commercially distribute the AI picks, odds, stats, or matchups provided within the app.
• Use the app, the AI chat, or the bet-tracking features for any illegal activities or to facilitate illegal, un-regulated, or underage gambling.
• Upload offensive, fraudulent, or malicious content (including falsified bet slips) to the platform.

4. Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal, and App Store Billing

Access to premium features, including specific leagues, Custom AI, and varying volumes of weekly AI top picks, requires an active auto-renewing subscription (Standard tiers: Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly; or the Super Subscriber tier).

• Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Management: You must manage your subscriptions through your Apple or Google account settings. All purchases are subject to the refund policies of the respective app store.

5. Maintenance and Support

Ai Top Sports Picks Inc. is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the app. You acknowledge that Apple and Google have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the app.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

The app, including all AI-generated sports predictions, custom AI models, odds, and stats, is provided on an "AS IS" basis. Ai Top Sports Picks Inc. makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or success rate of any picks. Apple and Google expressly disclaim all warranties with respect to the app.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Ai Top Sports Picks Inc. be liable for any financial losses, gambling debts, or incidental damages arising out of or related to your use of the app's predictions or tracking features.

8. Third-Party Beneficiaries

You acknowledge and agree that Apple, Apple’s subsidiaries, Google, and Google's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Upon your acceptance of this agreement, Apple and Google will have the right to enforce this EULA against you.

9. Governing Law

This EULA and your use of the app are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, excluding its conflicts of law rules.
