How to request deletion
- Email support@aitopsportspicks.com from the email address linked to your account.
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
- Include the email address or phone number associated with your account so we can verify ownership.
What will be deleted
- Your account profile information.
- Personal identifiers connected to your app account.
- App activity data that is no longer required to provide support, security, or legal compliance.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records where required for payment processing, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or security purposes. Retained records are kept only as long as necessary for those purposes.
Processing time
We aim to respond within 7 business days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law.
